        • Hormonal changes- Hormonal changes due to pregnancy, childbirth, menopause and thyroid problems. which is immune system related and causes patchy hair loss.
        • Hairstyle- Hairstyling that pull your hair tight, such as pigtails or cornrows, can cause a type of hair loss called traction alopecia.
        • supplements- Hair fall has been seen noticed due to side effect of certain drugs, such as those used for cancer, arthritis, depression, heart problems, gout and high blood pressure.

Here are a few tips you may want to follow in order to prevent Hair Fail –

  1. Natural activities: Leave your hair its natural color and texture and Don’t style your hair with tight braids.
  2. Brush properly: Un-proper hair brushing can do as much for the condition of your hair as any over-the-counter product. Avoid brushing your hair when wet, It is best to use a wide-toothed comb on wet hair.
  3. Multivitamin: It have been proven among many Indian that multivitamin also helps prevention of hair fall selenium, vitamin B, zinc, vitamin D,iron, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E.
  4. Scalp massage: It has found that a daily 5-10 minute scalp massage stimulated hair growth. These findings are promising. But researchers will need to study larger samples to determine whether scalp massages are helpful for hair loss.
  5. Scalp care: It may also improve hair growth. Keeping the scalp and hair clean may also prevent hair damage and loss.
  6. Hair Fail medication: A study in the Indian Journal of Dermatology found that finasteride was effective for regrowing scalp hair. However, finasteride did not cause hair to regrow in other areas of the body. minoxidil is the go-to treatment for androgenetic alopecia in both men and women. Minoxidil is the active ingredient in Rogaine.
  7. Avoid hot water shower: Hot showers can cause damage to the scalp by stripping it of the essential oils that help to protect it, causing dryness and inflammation.   9. Bad habits: Many of the things you do routinely might be contributing to your hair loss. Consider these big ones, according to Dr. Green: Not shampooing enough, but also shampooing too often. Poor diet can also contribute to hair loss, smoking and alcohol both aggravate hair loss. While they might seem to calm stress, they in fact restrict the blood vessels.
